Master of Education aka M.Ed. The programme by IGNOU designed and developed jointly by the Distance Education Council (DEC) and National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) is a 2 year programme. The objective is to have a global and a national vision for education in the modern concept. Being a professional programme, it focuses on comprehensive and integrated professional development of teachers and other personnel engaged in education. Ignou MED Solved Project by IGNOU program comprises 17 courses (dissertation being equal to two courses). Admission to the M.Ed. The programme is made through entrance tests conducted at all India levels.
